Need to make a return?

Please note you have 2 weeks to return the items to us for a free reswap. Please simply send them to: Big Sister Swap Returns, First Floor, Hathaway House, Finchley Central, N3 1QF. Please fill out the portal below with more information for your stylist to select items for your replacement swap.

 We do not reply to questions submitted through the returns portal, this is simply where you can put info for your replacement swap. Please email us if you would like a response to a query. 

We only cover return postage if we have made a significant error with sizing or styling, or if we have included damaged items. Please simply email as at hello@bigsisterswap.co.uk if we have made such an error.
