Full Time Personal Stylist 


Love picking clothes for others and helping them build a wardrobe they can really cherish? Then this job is for you.


A little bit about us: Big Sister Swap is the world's only personalised swapping service, allowing people to send in their unwanted clothes and get hand-picked preloved clothes in return, based on their personal size and style preferences.


Our aim is to make sustainable fashion accessible to everyone, regardless of their budget, age, location, gender, size or style. 


We are currently looking to expand our team and hire an experienced personal-stylist to help us with the Swapping process. It would involve reading detailed customer profiles where each Swapper discusses what they're looking for. The stylist would then go to our database and storage system, housing over 10,000 items of clothing, to pick the items that are most suited to the Swapper. Other parts of the role would include working on photoshoots and ad campaigns with our team.



You will get to be a fundamental part of a growing thriving start-up in an exciting area of sustainable fashion.


Other benefits would include using our store-room as your personal walk-in wardrobe too! 


We are looking for someone who has an ability to pick clothes for a wide variety of people (our customers are all ages, genders, sizes and backgrounds), and has the patience and passion to dedicate themselves to helping others refresh their wardrobes.  


Further details:

Requirements: Experience with styling others (preferably experience with personal styling, but we would also accept applicants who can clearly demonstrate their passion and experience with fashion, such as those who have studied fashion or have created an impressive portfolio outside of formal qualifications).  

Level: Entry level, with space to progress as the business continues to grow.

Hours: Full time, Mon-Fri.

Salary: Entry level.

Start Date: (provisionally) September 2021

Location: In person at our offices in North West London.

Part Time Content Stylist Creator

Role description:


We’re looking for a creative, dynamic content creator who can help us promote our service with engaging posts on TikTok and Instagram


You’ll come in to our offices once a week to make outfit videos, styling reels, and flat lays and essentially use our stock room like a walk-in-wardrobe! We want to show our followers how inspiring second-hand and sustainable fashion can be, and we want you to help us do this.


Your creativity will be encouraged – you can come up with any ideas for videos and content which you think will best show off your flare for fashion!


You must be able to style a range of different aesthetics, sizes, ages and looks to appeal to our full range of Swappers.


This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in building their content creation and fashion portfolio or gaining exposure for their own social media presence.


We welcome applicants of every size/gender/ability/ethnicity/age. However, experience and confidence with creating TikTok and Instagram content is crucial.

Level: Entry level, with space to progress to more hours as the business continues to grow.


Hours: Extremely flexible, this role is ideal for anyone with a full time job who could do with picking up some extra hours in a creative role. We ideally would love this to be one day a week, but we can discuss this further with you if you’re interested.


Pay: You will be paid hourly minimum wage, (but we hope to be able to raise this as the business continues to grow).  


Location: In person at our offices in Edgware, Middlesex.
